Using Noelmartz

These Terms of Service explain the shopping information that applies to Noelmartz, an online store for women's jeans operated by TUHAPRINT LIMITED. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and orders

Product details, available options and prices are displayed on each product page. Before ordering, review the selected size, color, quantity, delivery address and total shown at checkout. If any product or order information is unclear, email support@noelmartz.com for help.

Shipping and order timing

Orders ship from China to customers throughout the United States. Estimated processing takes 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated 8–12 business days in transit. Processing and transit are separate periods; the combined estimate is 11–17 business days, not a guaranteed delivery date.

The order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday. Orders placed before cutoff enter the processing queue that business day. Orders placed at or after 5:00 PM, or on weekends, enter the queue on the next business day. Entering the queue does not mean the order ships that day. Standard shipping is $7.95 USD. Shipping is free when the order subtotal after discounts is $60 USD or more. Review the final order total at checkout.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges and return labels are free. Contact support to receive return instructions and a label before sending the item to our returns warehouse in Pflugerville, Texas.

We issue refunds within 5–7 business days after our returns warehouse receives the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show the credit. The 5–7 business-day period is the shop's refund-processing period, not a guarantee of when the credit appears in your account. See the Returns & Exchanges Policy for the full process.
