Product questions	Include the product link. We can check the age grade, piece count or what is in the box before you order.
Returns and exchanges	Email within 30 days of delivery. We send a prepaid return label and pay the shipping.
Damaged, wrong item or missing pieces	Attach 2 photos. We replace it or refund it.
Cancel or change address	Email as soon as you can. This works until your order is handed to our fulfillment partner, usually within 24 hours.
