Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

When is the order cutoff?

The order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed at or after 5:00 PM ET are treated as received on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are treated as received Monday, and orders placed at or after 5:00 PM ET on Friday are treated as received Monday. Treating an order as received does not mean it will be dispatched that day. ET changes seasonally; the cutoff follows ET and is not a fixed UTC time.

How long will my order take?

Processing is preparation before dispatch and takes an estimated 3–5 business days. Transit begins after dispatch and takes an estimated 8–12 business days. These estimates use Monday through Friday business days. The total estimated delivery time is 11–17 business days, subject to the order cutoff and business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from China.

Where do returns go?

Orders ship from China, while returns are sent to our returns address in Pflugerville, Texas, United States, after you receive return instructions.

How much is shipping?

For orders under $60 after discounts are applied, shipping is $7.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders of $60 or more after discounts are applied.

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Are exchanges and return labels free?

Yes. Exchanges and return labels are provided at no cost.

When will Noelmartz issue my refund?

After our returns warehouse receives your return, Noelmartz issues the refund within 5–7 business days. For refund timing, business days are Monday through Friday. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
